Business requirements

The customer needed help structuring their operations around a single, reliable platform to run their gym operations end-to-end. Their data was spread across multiple tools, making it hard to manage members and memberships, track revenue, control access, and prepared for future integrations with partners such as ESX and 7card.

They were looking for a solution that would centralize member information and payments, reduce manual work for staff, and create a solid foundation for future integrations and expansion across the fitness ecosystem.

Technical approach

To address these challenges, we developed a custom web platform to digitalize the gym's core business operations, with a focus on member management, flexible memberships, and card payment automation.

The platform acts as a scalable digital backbone for the business, supporting day‑to‑day operations while being ready to integrate with external fitness solutions such as 7card and ESX. The architecture prioritizes reliability, extensibility, and interoperability, so new features and partners can be added without disrupting existing workflows.

  • Flexible membership types: define and manage different memberships, including options with distinct access rules such as full-time access or limited time-slot access

  • Operational scalability: provides a solid foundation for future extensions such as automated access, external validations, or synchronization with other systems in the sports and fitness ecosystem

Time to market

The initial phase of the project was delivered in approximately 7–10 weeks, with additional dedicated phases for external integrations and advanced automation.

By centralizing operational data and automating manual tasks, the solution reduces administrative effort for gym staff, improves visibility into revenue and member activity, and prepares the business for scalable growth and new partnerships in the wider fitness ecosystem.
